How can I set up card controls/restrictions for my Visa Debit card?
With the Suncorp Bank App, it’s easy to set a temporary lock on your Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Card if you misplace it. This won’t cancel your card, but will prevent any activity on it. Once you are ready to use your card again simply unlock it, it’s that easy!
You can also use the Suncorp Bank App to set up Visa Debit Card restrictions on:
- Most gambling services
- Visa payWave payments
- Internet transactions, and
- Overseas in-store payments.
From 10th December 2024, if you don’t have access to the Suncorp Bank App and need support with setting up Visa Debit Card restrictions on Visa payWave, internet transactions and/or overseas in-store payments, you will be able to call us on 13 11 75 or visit your nearest branch for assistance.
