We are committed to upholding the standards of practice and service contained within the Banking Code of Practice.
The Banking Code of Practice sets out standards of practice and service in the Australian banking industry for individual and small business customers, and their guarantors.
The Code is intended to complement the law and, in some areas, set higher standards than the law.

Compliance under the Code is monitored by the Banking Code Compliance Committee (BCCC). You can report an alleged breach of the Code directly to the BCCC. For more information, visit their website.
