What is a direct debit?
Direct Debit is when you provide your deposit account details (BSB and account number) to allow a merchant or service provider to regularly deduct money from your account. For example, you may pay for your gym membership, phone bill, or streaming subscription through Direct Debit.
If you have any problems with your Direct Debit, such as incorrect charges, you may need to resolve it by talking to the merchant or service provider directly.
