How do I change my name and contact details on my accounts?
To change the name on your account, for example, because of marriage or divorce, you’ll need to follow the steps required by your state or territory’s Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages first. Once you’ve done that, you’ll then need to submit your change of name documentation in person at any Suncorp Bank branch.

Changing contact details? Here’s how to update your residential and/or mailing address on your accounts via the Suncorp Bank App:
- Tap on the ‘More’ tab in the menu bar.
- Under ‘Personal Details’, tap ‘Update address’.
- Follow the prompts.
You can also update your address through Internet Banking:
- Select ‘Settings & Security’.
- Click ‘Update Contact Details’.
