How do I set up regular payments on my Suncorp Bank account?
It’s easy to set up recurring payments through Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.
Once logged in, simply:
- Choose the account you want to make a payment from.
- Select the type of payment (e.g. BPAY®).
- Change the timing of the payment from ‘now’ to ‘recurring’.
You can set up regular payments on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, and you can start a payment up to 60 days from the date you create the payment.
If you’re new to Suncorp Bank, our Account Switching Tool makes it easy to move your saved payee and biller details from old bank accounts into Internet Banking. Just log into Internet Banking and:
- Scroll to the bottom of your listed bank accounts.
- Cick on ‘Import payees and billers you have stored at other banks’.
- Follow the simple directions to import your saved payees and BPAY® billers.
