If you’ve fallen behind on Suncorp Bank home loan repayments, the Debt Payment Support Portal can help. Suncorp Bank has contracted with Equifax and Credibot to deliver a solution designed to make it easier to make payments and set up payment plans for overdue amounts.
The Debt Payment Support Portal is only for customers who are behind on home loan repayments and who have been notified directly by Suncorp Bank about using this special payment portal.
To be able to login to the Debt Payment Support Portal you will need the unique reference code we provided to you with your SMS or email arrears notification. Please keep this reference code secure and do not disclose it to anyone else. If you fail to do so, we will not be responsible for a breach of your privacy or any loss you suffer as a result, including due to payments made on the portal without your authority.

Is the Debt Payment Support Portal secure?
Yes, the Debt Payment Support Portal is a safe and secure way to set up direct debit arrangements and to transfer funds into your loan account.
Suncorp Bank customers who can access the portal will receive a communication via SMS or email that has the information they need to set up access. Never click on links in texts or emails from unknown sources.

The Debt Payment Support Portal is for customers who are behind on loan repayments and who have been notified directly by Suncorp Bank about signing up for and using the portal.
If your home loan account repayments are up to date, you can make additional repayments online using Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.

Who is providing the Debt Payment Support Portal to me?
Suncorp Bank has contracted with Equifax and Credibot to provide the Debt Support Payment Portal. When accessing the portal you will see that Equifax provide the part of the portal where you can view loan arrears information, and Creditbot provide the payment facility, specifically for Suncorp Bank home loan customers.
Credibot are responsible for the operation of the payment facility through the Debt Support Payment Portal and will facilitate the processing of any payments you initiate.
However, if you have problems or questions in relation to the portal or payments, please don’t contact Equifax or Credibot. You should contact the Suncorp Bank Customer Care team on 1800 225 223 or 07 3167 9668 (8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri, AEST). We will work with Equifax and Credibot on your behalf to resolve the situation.
