Accessing cashback on a home loan

Option 1: Online Cashback for ongoing access

New home loans will have online cashback established if requested within the Home Loan Application. If Online Cashback was not requested within the Home Loan Application form please follow the steps below to register.
All borrowers/guarantors to a loan must be registered to Internet Banking and must agree to Online Cashback by completing the Loan Servicing Request.

Once approved and established, any borrower can request a cashback via internet banking, as an ongoing feature.

When using Online Cashback, the funds are required to be transferred to your Suncorp Bank account.

Need to Know

• This feature is not available for loans in company names.
• A request must be completed for each home loan
• Terms and conditions (held within the registration form) must be read and agreed by all Borrower/s and Guarantor/s (if applicable).
• All borrower/s and guarantor/s (if applicable) will be required to sign the request.
• This form is required to have a wet ink signature, a scanned copy of the wet ink signed form, or alternatively you and any joint parties to the loan (including borrowers/guarantors) can receive a DocuSign form via email to sign and return to authorise the change. 

Register for Online Cashback

You can easily request to register for a Cashback facility via the Suncorp Bank App or the Suncorp Bank website.

Via the Suncorp Bank App:

• Go to your eligible home loan in the Suncorp Bank App.
• Tap ‘Manage Loan’ then ‘Register for Online Cashback’.
• Follow the prompts on screen or in the email sent to you to finalise your request.
• You and any joint parties to the loan (including borrowers/guarantors) will receive a DocuSign form via email to sign and return to authorise the change. 

Via the Suncorp Bank website: 

• Go to Home Loan Service request.
• Select 'Set up/Request a Cashback withdrawal'.
• Fill out your details as requested.
• Select 'Register for Online Cashback'.
• Read and accept the Declaration.
• Follow the prompts on screen or in the email sent to you to finalise your request.
• You and any joint parties to the loan (including borrowers/guarantors) will receive a form via email to wet ink sign and return.
  

Option 2: Cashback Withdrawal Request for once off requests

If you do not wish to register or are not eligible to register for online Cashback, you can still access Cashback by completing a once off Cashback withdrawal request.

Need to Know

• All borrower/s and guarantor/s (if applicable) must sign the once off withdrawal request.
• Future cashbacks can be requested, but a Cashback Withdrawal Request will be required to be completed each time.
• Terms and conditions (held within the registration form) must be read and agreed by all borrower/s and guarantor/s (if applicable).
• All borrower/s and guarantor/s (if applicable) will be required to sign the request.
• This form is required to have a wet ink signature, or a scanned copy of the wet ink signed form.
• If you require the form to be issued to you for the option to provide a digital signature, please call 13 11 75 or visit your nearest store.
• If the cashback request is urgent and for an amount less than $10,000, you can return the completed form to your local branch for immediate processing.
• Alternatively, upon finalisation of your electronically lodged cashback request, you can phone 13 11 75 to see if your request can be expediated.

How to complete a Cashback Withdrawal Request as a once off

• Go to Home Loan Service Request (Individuals)
• Go to Home Loan Service Request (Companies & Trust)
• Select 'Set up/Complete a Cashback withdrawal'
• Fill out your Details
• Select 'Complete a withdrawal'
• Read and accept the Declaration
• Follow the instructions on the screen, or in the email sent to you, to finalise your request.
