If you’re expecting a new or replacement debit card, you can use the Suncorp Bank App to check the address where your card will be delivered and standard delivery timeframes.

1. Tap on the ‘Cards’ tab in the menu bar and select your Visa Debit card.
2. Under the ‘Other Card Details’ section, tap ‘Check card delivery details’.
3. Follow the prompts.

We will notify you via SMS when your card has been mailed to you. It can take up to 7 business days from when you receive your SMS to receive your new card.
