A BPAY biller is the company or party you’re paying to. For example, this could be your electricictyprovider or landlord. Look for the biller code and reference number on your bill, usually located next to the BPAY logo.

Unfortunately, we can’t reverse a BPAY or transfer. Please don’t attempt the transaction again, as this will create a duplicate payment. You may need to contact the Biller to notify them.
If the transaction is recurring or future-dated, you can cancel it via Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.
In Internet Banking:
- Log into Internet Banking.
- In the left-hand menu select ‘BPAY – Pay Bills’ for BPAY payments, or 'Transfer Money’ for all other scheduled transfers.
- Scroll down to the ‘Future Dated’ section and click ‘Cancel’ next to the scheduled payment you wish to cancel.
In the Suncorp Bank App:
- Log into the App and tap ‘Scheduled payments’ on the ‘Accounts’ screen.
- Choose the payment you want to cancel.
- Tap 'Delete Payment' at the bottom of the screen and tap 'Delete’ to confirm.
We can attempt to restore the funds; however, it is not guaranteed. For assistance, please contact us via Secure Message in Internet Banking, or log into the Suncorp Bank App and tap the 'chat' icon in the top right corner of the ‘Accounts’ screen.
