How can I update my Suncorp Brands marketing and communication preferences? 

There are two ways to opt-in to receive Suncorp Brands marketing communications.

Via Internet Banking

1. Log in to Internet Banking with your Client ID and password.
2. Select ‘Settings & Security’.
3. Click ‘Marketing preferences.’
4. Select your preferred communication methods

Via the Suncorp Bank App

1. Tap ‘More’ on the bottom right corner of the home screen.
2. Select ‘Marketing preferences.’
3. Select your preferred communication methods
