How can I cancel a direct debit?
To cancel a Direct Debit, call us on 13 11 55, send us a secure message through Internet Banking, or visit a Suncorp Bank branch. You can also fill out a Direct Debit Stop/Cancellation Request Form and bring it to a Suncorp Bank branch. Remember to select ‘Cancel Direct Debit’ in the request type.
