Although we have a new website address, we are the same, secure Suncorp Bank. The way you manage your banking online hasn’t changed, although you will need to access your Internet Banking through our new website address instead. Here’s what you should be aware of.

With Suncorp Bank undergoing digital experience changes, our approach to your online security remains the same. Keeping you and your personal information safe is our top priority. This is why we have robust security measures to protect your accounts, information and data.
Remember, Suncorp Bank will NEVER:
- ask you to share passwords or one-time codes
- send you unsolicited text messages or emails containing links that ask you to update or disclose personal or banking information
- ask you to provide remote access to any of your devices.

Suncorp Bank branches are now dedicated to serving banking customers.
Suncorp Bank branch team members can provide information on alternative ways to interact with Suncorp Insurance, including online and by phone. Customers wishing to pay premiums in person can now make these payments at Australia Post offices nationwide. Flyers are available in Suncorp Bank branches that explain these changes. In some branches, team members will be able to direct you to Branch foyer phones that you can use to call Suncorp Insurance.
